Horizon Dental has always been committed to the health and safety of all our patients and staff. We have always followed the highest standards of sterilization, infection prevention and hygiene. With the ongoing Covid -19 pandemic, we continue to go over and above the guidelines and mandates given to us by the Chief Medical Officer of Ontario and our governing body, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario in implementing additional procedures and protocols that will continue to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff. One of the key enhanced measures we have taken is to go beyond the sterilization of instruments and surfaces and to clean the air that we breathe. We have installed hospital grade Surgically Clean Air filtration units in all of our main treatment rooms. These filters use an advanced 6 stage filtration system that filters out bio-aerosols, allergens, bacteria and viruses to provide the cleanest air throughout the office. With our enhanced protocols, and air purifying units, we have a safe, healthy environment in which to continue to provide high quality, compassionate dental care for our patients.
